Schneider Electric to Acquire Shelly Group for €1.2 Billion

Schneider Electric agreed to acquire Shelly Group, a Bulgarian manufacturer of smart-home devices, in a deal valuing the company at approximately €1.2 billion, excluding debt. The energy management company announced the acquisition on September 24, 2026.

The transaction will be executed through a tender offer of €70 per share. This price represents an 8.7% premium over the closing price of Shelly Group in Frankfurt on September 22 and a 20% increase over the company's valuation from late July.
