The Blue Boar Pub Appoints New Management in Abingdon

Punch Pubs & Co installed a new management team at The Blue Boar, a grade II listed pub in Abingdon, on October 22, 2026. The transition occurs only eight months after the establishment underwent a refurbishment and reopened in February under the Unity Social Brand.

Former manager Craig Waters is no longer operating the business. While the pub used social media to announce the arrival of the new team and promote sports broadcasts and drink offers, the company provided no details regarding the identity of the new managers or the reasons for the departure of the previous team.
