Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone achieved its highest ever monthly cargo volume in August 2026, handling 50 million metric tonnes. This performance represents a 19 percent increase compared to August 2025, driven primarily by a 25 percent year-on-year rise in dry cargo and a 15 percent increase in containers.

For the year-to-date period ending August 2026, the company handled 234.4 million metric tonnes of cargo, reflecting a 16 percent year-on-year growth.

Logistics rail volume showed mixed results. While August saw a sequential increase of 6 percent to 54,131 TEUs, the year-to-date logistics rail volume declined 33 percent year-on-year to 250,461 TEUs.
