Ithaca Energy CEO Luciano Vasques Announces Retirement

Luciano Vasques announced his intention to retire as Chief Executive Officer of Ithaca Energy by March 31, 2027. The company board has launched a search for a successor to manage the transition of responsibilities.

During his tenure, Vasques oversaw the business combination with Eni UK and the company's entry into the FTSE 100 index. He stated that the company is in "excellent shape" and that the current timing is appropriate to hand over leadership after establishing a platform for future growth.

Ithaca Energy has not yet released a detailed timetable for the appointment or named potential candidates for the role.
