Uttarakhand Chief Minister Offers Aid After Nepal Flash Floods

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed solidarity and sorrow on August 26 following devastating flash floods in the Rasuwa region of Nepal. The disaster, triggered by the Bhote Koshi River, caused significant loss of life and property.

Dhami highlighted the deep cultural and emotional bonds between Uttarakhand and Nepal, specifically citing historical ties in the Kumaon region and border areas such as Pithoragarh and Champawat.
