Satya Nadella Launches Copilot Code Red to Overhaul AI

Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, initiated a "Copilot code red" effort to overhaul the performance and user experience of the company's Copilot AI offering. As part of this strategic push, Microsoft will launch the E7 suite on May 1, with additional features scheduled for release throughout the remainder of the year. To support these developments, the company has allocated approximately 30% of its new cloud capacity to internal projects focused on Copilot and large language model development.

Analysts from BNP Paribas suggest that despite these internal resource allocations, Azure growth may still exceed expectations. This optimism is driven by high token demand and current GPU pricing.
