Fidelity National Financial, Inc. reported second quarter 2026 adjusted net earnings of $370 million, an increase from $318 million during the same period in 2025. The company's net earnings attributable to common shareholders reached $288 million, or $1.08 per diluted share.
The Title Segment led the company's performance, generating $2.5 billion in revenue and an adjusted pre-tax title margin of 17.8%. In contrast, the F&G Segment reported a net loss of $55 million attributable to common shareholders, despite reaching record assets under management before reinsurance of $74.7 billion.
Fidelity National Financial returned approximately $195 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases in the second quarter, bringing the first-half 2026 total to $417 million. Leadership attributed the results to a disciplined capital allocation strategy and the synergy between their market-leading franchises.
