G. Willi-Food International Declares 20 Million Shekel Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of G. Willi-Food International Ltd. announced on August 4, 2026, a cash dividend distribution totaling approximately NIS 20 million, or roughly US$6.5 million. The payment is set at approximately NIS 1.44 per ordinary share, which equates to about US$0.47 per share.
