Aspen Neuroscience and Bambusa Therapeutics Launch U.S. IPO Roadshows

Aspen Neuroscience and Bambusa Therapeutics began roadshows for their U.S. initial public offerings, each marketing 9.38 million shares priced between $15 and $17.

Aspen Neuroscience and Bambusa Therapeutics launched their U.S. initial public offering roadshows on Monday, October 26. Both biotechnology firms are marketing 9.38 million shares with a target price range of $15 to $17 per share.

Aspen Neuroscience, headquartered in San Diego, is developing sasineprocel for the treatment of Parkinson's disease and intends to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ASPE. Bambusa Therapeutics, based in Boston, is developing BBT001 for inflammatory skin diseases and will list under the symbol BBTX.

These offerings are part of a broader trend of biotech companies utilizing the fall IPO window, following recent filings by Rezera and Windward Bio. The sector continues to attract investment despite high borrowing costs and general economic uncertainty. The roadshows are supported by several underwriters, including UBS BB Banco de Investimento S.A., which is handling both offerings, alongside Leerink Partners, Piper Sandler, and BofA Securities.
