Paychex, Inc. expanded its AI-powered intelligence engine, Workforce Intelligence Strengthened by Expertise (WISE), into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The integration allows businesses to access real-time workforce insights, receive compliance guidance, and execute tasks like approving time-off requests through Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams.
This deployment is part of a channel-agnostic strategy to embed human capital management capabilities into common productivity tools. The company is also extending its integration program to enable other technology partners to embed similar workforce intelligence and HCM capabilities into their own customer experiences.
