CNBC and Statista have released the World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 list, identifying transformative digital financial service providers based on business performance and industry KPIs. The rankings were developed using a methodology from data analytics firm Extra, which analyzed 3,500 companies and 25,000 data points.
Uzum Holding Ltd, Uzbekistan's national digital ecosystem, earned its first appearance on the list in the Neobanking category. CEO and Founder Djasur Djumaev attributed the recognition to the company's ecosystem approach, which has integrated financial services into daily digital interactions for more than 6 million Uzum Bank card users.
Tiger Brokers also received recognition in the Wealth Technology - Neobrokers category for the second consecutive year. This honor follows a period of strong financial growth for the firm, which reported record annual revenue of US$612 million in 2025 and US$154.9 million in the first quarter of 2026. Founder and CEO Wu Tianhua stated the achievement reflects the trust of the company's global investor base, which currently exceeds 10 million users with assets totaling over US$58.9 billion.
