Vijay Campaigns in Madurantakam Ahead of October 6 Bylpoll
Chief Minister Joseph Vijay is campaigning in Madurantakam today with restricted attendance via QR-code passes to ensure safety for the upcoming October 6 bypoll.
Joseph Vijay, the Chief Minister and president of the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, is campaigning in Madurantakam on September 25. The event, scheduled for 3 p.m. near the Athur toll plaza in Chengalpattu, serves as a key push ahead of the October 6 bypoll.
To comply with police guidelines and maintain safety, the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam restricted attendance to 5,000 people. The party implemented a QR-code pass system for entry and excluded children, students, senior citizens, pregnant women, and persons with disabilities from receiving passes as a precaution.
Minister N. Anand confirmed that the organizers have arranged medical facilities and drinking water for the attendees.
