Acer Unveils Predator Atlas 7 Gaming Handheld in Berlin

Acer announced the Predator Atlas 7 gaming handheld and the Project DualPlay Mini productivity concept during its global press conference in Berlin.

Acer announced the Predator Atlas 7, a compact 7-inch gaming handheld, during its next@acer global press conference in Berlin. The device runs Windows 11 and is powered by Intel Arc G3 or G3 Extreme processors. Technical specifications include a 120 Hz FHD touchscreen, up to 24GB of RAM, and an 80 Wh battery.

To manage performance and durability, the handheld utilizes a dual-fan cooling system featuring a metal Predator AeroBlade fan and TMR joysticks designed to prevent stick drift. The Predator Atlas 7 is scheduled for release in North America in the fourth quarter of 2026 and in EMEA in November 2026.

During the same event, the company unveiled Project DualPlay Mini, a conceptual 8-inch device intended to bridge gaming and productivity. This concept features a flip-and-swivel design that allows the handheld to convert into a mini-laptop with a built-in physical keyboard. While the Predator Atlas 7 and the previously announced Predator Atlas 8 are slated for commercial release, Project DualPlay Mini remains a concept only.
