Governor Ademola Adeleke Campaigns for Re-election in Ikire

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke campaigned in Ikire on Monday to seek support for his re-election in the August 15 governorship election. During the visit, Adeleke commissioned a local road project and met with the Akire of Ikire to receive blessings before addressing a rally.

Speaking in the hometown of All Progressives Congress candidate Bola Oyebamiji, Adeleke highlighted his personal ties to the community as a former student of Nawairudeen Grammar School. He emphasized his administration's infrastructure achievements and asserted that his government distributes projects without regard to political affiliation to ensure all residents of Osun State benefit from good governance.

Adeleke urged voters to participate in the upcoming election peacefully. The event took place amid a competitive political landscape featuring candidates from the Accord Party and the All Progressives Congress.
