The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey are coordinating joint military exercises titled Eternity-2026, scheduled for November 2026. These computer-assisted command-and-staff exercises will be hosted in Azerbaijan and focus on tactical-level protection and defense of strategic facilities and communication lines across the territories of the three participating nations.
During a recent main planning conference held in Azerbaijan, the participants defined the exercise theme and objectives, established the composition of the joint headquarters, and developed tactical field scenarios. The drills aim to deepen defense cooperation among the three allies through integrated tactical episodes.
In addition to military personnel from each country, the exercises will include civilian and specialized representatives. Participants from Azerbaijan Railways CJSC and the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Facilities of Azerbaijan are slated to take part in the maneuvers.
