Prenetics Executives Buy $1 Million in Company Shares
Prenetics CEO Danny Yeung and CFO Brian Rosin purchased $1 million in company shares following a 288% year-over-year revenue increase in the second quarter.
Chief Executive Officer Danny Yeung and Chief Financial Officer Brian Rosin purchased a combined $1.0 million of ordinary shares in Prenetics Global Limited between August 20 and August 25, 2026. The open market transactions followed the company's second quarter 2026 financial results, which reported total revenue of $46.5 million, representing a 288% increase year-over-year. The company's AI-native wellness brand, IM8, drove the majority of this growth, contributing $45.0 million to the total.
Since November 2025, Prenetics leadership has invested approximately $3.75 million in company shares without selling any. This latest investment coincides with a $1 billion growth financing commitment from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund.
Based on the strong quarterly performance and new financing, Prenetics raised its full year 2026 revenue guidance to between $220 million and $230 million. The company also introduced a 2027 revenue guidance exceeding $400 million.
