Anthropic Expands Credit Facility to $15 Billion Ahead of IPO

Anthropic PBC is expanding its revolving credit facility to $15 billion as it prepares for an initial public offering targeting a scale similar to SpaceX.

Anthropic PBC is finalizing the expansion of its revolving credit facility to $15 billion in preparation for an initial public offering. This new credit line exceeds the company's original $10 billion target and represents a significant increase from the $2.5 billion facility secured last year.

Morgan Stanley is leading the process, supported by Goldman Sachs Group Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Citigroup Inc. These four financial institutions are also leading the upcoming IPO, which Anthropic intends to be as large as or larger than the SpaceX offering.

The company is currently on track to generate annualized revenue exceeding $65 billion. This figure represents a more than sevenfold increase in revenue compared to the end of last year.
