Apple to Launch Horizontal Reachability for iPhone Duo
Apple will introduce a horizontal Reachability update for the iPhone Duo to improve one-handed usability for left-handed users and those with smaller hands.
Apple will release a new version of its Reachability feature for the iPhone Duo later this year to resolve one-handed usability issues. The update addresses reports that the current user interface favors right-handed users, forcing left-handed individuals to stretch their thumbs to access controls on the device's wider inner and outer displays.
Unlike the standard Reachability feature that shifts the user interface vertically, the iPhone Duo version will bring content within reach horizontally. This modification is designed to assist users with smaller hands or those who struggle to reach the left and right edges of the screen.
