Eden AI Labs Raises $1.5 Million for Transactional AI

Eden AI Labs Inc. raised $1.5 million in a funding round led by Gaea Ventures, with additional participation from Becker Ventures, GTM Ventures, family offices, and angel investors. The company is developing a personal AI agent designed to move beyond simple information retrieval to execute real-world transactions, including reserving restaurants, booking flights, and paying bills.

The startup intends to use the new capital to scale its compute capacity, expand its team, and establish partnerships with strategic payment providers. While the service is free for users, the company generates revenue by charging small transaction fees on card purchases made by the agent.

Following an early access waitlist that exceeded 13,000 people, the company has launched its public beta through an invitation system.
