So-Young International Appoints Nan Shen as Chief Financial Officer

So-Young International Inc. appointed Nan Shen as its Chief Financial Officer, effective August 3, 2026. In this role, Shen is responsible for overseeing the company's finance, human resources, legal, and compliance functions.

Shen transitions to the executive role from her position as an independent director on the company's board, a role she held since October 2023. To assume the CFO position, she stepped down from the board's audit, compensation, and nominating and corporate governance committees, though she remains a director of the company. Her previous professional experience includes serving as CFO for both Gaotu Techedu Inc. and China Sinoedu Co., Ltd.

CEO Xing Jin stated that Shen's financial leadership and understanding of company operations will support So-Young's "dual-engine strategy of scale and efficiency."
