HawkEye 360 Revenue Jumps 87% Despite Wider Quarterly Loss

HawkEye 360 reported second-quarter revenue of $49.8 million, though shares fell after-hours due to a wider-than-expected loss per share.

HawkEye 360 Inc. reported second-quarter revenue of $49.8 million for the period ending June 30, 2026, marking an 87% increase over the previous year. The company achieved a record $21.0 million in international revenue and maintained a backlog of $292.2 million.

Despite the revenue surge, the company reported a loss of $0.07 per share. This loss was wider than market expectations, causing shares to decline 8.7% in after-hours trading. To fund constellation expansion and strategic growth, the company secured a new $125.0 million revolving credit facility that matures in May 2031.

Chief Executive Officer John Serafini attributed the growth to increasing global government prioritization of space-enabled intelligence, surveillance, and electronic warfare capabilities. For the full year 2026, the company projects revenue between $215.0 million and $220.0 million, with adjusted EBITDA expected between $30.0 million and $36.0 million.
