Disney Opens First UK Outlet Store at Cheshire Oaks

The Walt Disney Company is opening its first outlet store in the United Kingdom this autumn at the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Cheshire Oaks. The 1,300 sq ft permanent pop-up location will sell official merchandise from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars, including apparel, toys, collectibles, and accessories.

The store will feature a combination of full-price seasonal items and discounted merchandise, with savings of up to 40 percent on selected products alongside multibuy promotions. This strategy aims to reach a broader customer base by offering a wider range of price points to complement the company's existing retail presence in the UK and Ireland.

Disney currently operates standalone stores in London and Dublin, as well as locations within Selfridges in Birmingham and Manchester. The expansion into the UK outlet market follows the success of similar outlet locations across North America. A precise opening date for the Cheshire Oaks location has not yet been announced.
