TradeXYZ Partners With ICE to Bring Futures to US
TradeXYZ partnered with Intercontinental Exchange to launch perpetual futures products in the United States pending regulatory approval.
TradeXYZ, the primary developer of perpetual futures markets on the Hyperliquid exchange, announced a partnership with Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) on Thursday to bring its perpetual futures products into the United States. The two companies are currently seeking the necessary regulatory approvals to move the products onshore.
The announcement coincided with a social media post from hedge fund manager Stanley Druckenmiller, who declared his investment in TradeXYZ and his intent to use its products. This development triggered a 19% surge in shares of Hyperliquid Strategies (PURR), a company that invests in the HYPE token powering the Hyperliquid exchange, marking a three-week high accompanied by a spike in bullish options trading.
David Schamis, CEO of Hyperliquid Strategies, stated that the partnership with ICE represents a step toward the regulated trading of the asset class.
