JPMorgan Chase is deploying artificial intelligence tools to streamline client onboarding and investment research for its private bank wealth advisers.
The private bank division of JPMorgan Chase & Co. is integrating artificial intelligence to increase productivity among its wealth advisers. The initiative focuses on streamlining client onboarding, conducting investment research, and simplifying complex internal processes to reduce administrative burdens.
These AI tools provide advisers with faster access to investment views and research. Simultaneously, the bank is using the technology to help clients more easily locate relevant information through the company's website and mobile application.
Pablo Garnica, the head of Europe, Middle East and Africa, stated that the goal of the integration is "to enhance the experience of the client, but at the same time, to make our advisers more effective and efficient" in their roles.
