EnWave Corp Partners With University of Limerick for REV Technology

EnWave Corp signed a research and development agreement with the University of Limerick to expand access to its Radiant Energy Vacuum technology through a new academic hub.

EnWave Corp signed a research and development license agreement with the University of Limerick in Ireland to expand the reach of its Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV) technology. As part of the partnership, the company sold a small-scale REV machine to the university to support academic studies, product development, and process optimization.

The University of Limerick will use the equipment to establish REV capabilities, allowing researchers and industry participants to validate processing parameters and evaluate the technology at a lower cost before moving to commercial-scale applications.

EnWave Corp intends to use these research hubs to grow its pipeline of commercial opportunities by increasing the number of companies testing the technology. The company currently maintains similar installations in Canada, the United States, Australia, Germany, Spain, and Denmark.
