Iran Warns of Geographically Unlimited Response to U.S. and Israel
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps warned that any new U.S. or Israeli attacks will trigger an immediate and geographically unlimited response.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps warned on Tuesday that any new attacks by the United States and Israel will be met with an immediate and geographically unlimited response. The statement, issued to mark Iran's National Day of Fighting Arrogance, follows orders from Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei for the Iranian Armed Forces to respond swiftly to aggression.
Iranian officials stated they have updated their target lists to include both tangible and intangible assets of their adversaries. This represents a shift in strategy, as the IRGC suggested future responses could extend beyond U.S. military bases within the region.
Iran indicated a willingness to end the standoff peacefully on the condition that the United States lifts sanctions and permanently ends aggression on all fronts. The IRGC maintained that the Iranian nation and its armed forces will determine the circumstances under which enemy attacks end.
