Asda Partners With InPost to Install 700 Parcel Lockers

Asda Stores Limited has partnered with InPost to install automated parcel lockers in up to 700 locations across the United Kingdom. The rollout spans Asda superstores, supermarkets, and Express stores, enabling customers to send, collect, and return parcels during their shopping trips.

This initiative addresses growing consumer demand for flexible, out-of-home delivery solutions. InPost, which currently operates more than 16,000 lockers in the UK, intends to leverage Asda's nationwide footprint to increase service accessibility for millions of additional users.

Asda executives stated the move is part of a broader investment to enhance in-store convenience. The goal is to allow customers to complete multiple tasks in a single visit, integrating parcel management into their weekly shopping routines.
