Cumberland Council to Address Rising Service Failure Complaints

The Cumberland Council will hold a full council meeting on Tuesday, September 8, to address a rise in resident complaints regarding service failures. The session is scheduled for 1 p.m. in the Cathedral Room of the Civic Centre in Carlisle.
