The company achieved record gross margins of 75.2%, though a significant portion of this gain was attributed to IEEPA tariff refunds.
International expansion drove a 67% growth rate as the company expanded its reach to 85 countries. Strategic growth initiatives included the launch of a maternity collection and collaborations with Owala and Star Wars, alongside policy advocacy for healthcare workers on Capitol Hill.
Following these results, the company raised its full-year 2026 net revenue growth outlook to approximately 20% and increased its share repurchase program by $100 million.
