Qualys Reports Q2 Revenue Growth and Raises 2026 Guidance
Qualys, Inc. beat second-quarter revenue and profit expectations, prompting the company to raise its full-year 2026 financial guidance.
Qualys, Inc. reported second-quarter 2026 financial results on August 4, 2026, exceeding analyst expectations for both revenue and profit. The company recorded $182.2 million in revenue, representing an 11% year-over-year increase, and reported a non-GAAP net income per diluted share of $1.98.
Following the results, the company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to between $732.0 million and $738.0 million. Qualys also increased its non-GAAP net income per share guidance to a range of $7.74 to $7.88. The announcement triggered a 10% increase in the company's stock price, which rose to $177.50.
Operational highlights included collaborations with Anthropic and OpenAI, as well as receiving FedRAMP High Authorization for the company's TotalCloud solution. CEO Sumedh Thakar attributed the growth to a growing federal business pipeline and continuous innovation in AI.
