One NZ Reshuffles Executive Team Ahead of CEO Transition
One NZ announced a leadership reshuffle effective late August as Nick Judd prepares to succeed Jason Paris as Chief Executive Officer.
One NZ announced a reshuffle of its executive team to coincide with Nick Judd becoming Chief Executive Officer on August 31. Judd succeeds Jason Paris, who is stepping down from the role after nearly eight years of leadership.
The restructuring includes several internal promotions. Kieran Byrne will transition from Chief Technology Officer to Chief Financial Officer, while Sharina Nisha moves from General Manager of Business Transformation to Chief Technology Officer.
Additionally, the company appointed Sonia Fernandes as Chief People Officer, filling a position that had been disestablished since March. Fernandes, who currently serves as the global chief human resources officer at Politico in Washington DC, will relocate to New Zealand at the end of August. Nick Judd stated that these appointments ensure strategic continuity while introducing new perspectives to the leadership team.
