Sebi Approves IPOs for Atomberg and Three Other Firms
The Securities and Exchange Board of India approved initial public offerings for Atomberg Technologies, Ratnadeep Retail, GNI Infrastructure, and Punjab Carbonic.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India granted approval for the initial public offerings of four companies on October 30. Among the approved firms is Atomberg Technologies, a Mumbai-based consumer appliances manufacturer backed by Temasek and A91 Partners. Atomberg plans a fresh issue of Rs 450 crore and an offer for sale of 76.5 million shares by existing investors, with the possibility of a pre-IPO placement of up to Rs 90 crore.
Other regulatory approvals were issued to Ratnadeep Retail, which intends to raise Rs 400 crore through a fresh issue, as well as GNI Infrastructure and Punjab Carbonic.
While these four companies moved forward, WOG Technologies withdrew its IPO papers on the same day. The environmental engineering company abandoned its previous plan to raise Rs 375 crore through a fresh issue.
