Millennium Hedge Fund Deploys AI Digital Twins to Employees
Millennium is providing personalized AI Digital Twins to over 7,000 employees to automate repetitive tasks and increase productivity following a successful pilot program.
Millennium, a hedge fund managed by Izzy Englander, is deploying personalized AI Digital Twins to its entire workforce of more than 7,000 employees. These AI assistants are designed to increase productivity by learning individual working styles and managing repetitive tasks, including research, inbox management, and meeting preparation.
Each digital twin operates with its own identity, email address, and audit trail, though the system is restricted from making decisions on behalf of the employee. The full rollout follows a pilot phase with 150 employees, during which 97% of participants interacted with their AI twins daily. The firm is now expanding the technology to create AI teammates that serve entire teams.
This initiative is part of a larger AI strategy that includes the establishment of an AI laboratory and a dedicated internship track. Additionally, the firm has partnered with Anthropic to develop an AI-powered digital risk analyst.
