Mynt Inc. Prepares P92.3 Billion IPO for GCash Parent

Mynt Inc. is launching an initial public offering of up to P92.3 billion to expand digital financial services and product development.

Mynt Inc., the parent company of the digital wallet GCash, is preparing for an initial public offering that may rank among the largest in Philippine corporate history. The company intends to offer up to P92.3 billion worth of shares, with a maximum indicative price of P10 per share. This price may be adjusted to P7.50 or P8.50 through a book-building process.

Mynt plans to allocate approximately P14.95 billion in net proceeds from the primary offering toward product development, the expansion of digital financial services, and general corporate purposes. The company reported P79.8 billion in revenue and P17.2 billion in profit for 2025 and is expected to be the first fintech company listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Representative Jan Padiernos noted that the IPO could deepen retail participation in the Philippine capital market by leveraging the 49 million GCash users, specifically those from lower-income households and regions outside Metro Manila.
