Venezuela Authorizes SpaceX Starlink Satellite Internet Service

Interim President Delcy Rodriguez authorized the operation of SpaceX's Starlink satellite internet service within Venezuela. The decision follows a formal agreement between the Venezuelan government and the U.S.-based aerospace firm, as announced in a government statement on October 9.

This authorization allows Starlink to expand its global subscriber base in Latin America. The service will be available across multiple sectors, including consumer, enterprise, aviation, maritime, and government operations.
