The casualties included a family of five—two parents and three children—who died when a missile hit a residential apartment in northwest Gaza City. An Israeli military spokeswoman stated the specific strike targeted a Hamas member.

Other attacks included an airstrike in the Zeitoun neighborhood that killed three people and artillery shelling east of Zeitoun that killed a woman at a tent for displaced people. Health officials reported two additional deaths from other separate attacks.
