Eli Lilly Partners With Hims & Hers for Obesity Drugs

Eli Lilly and Company agreed to provide FDA-approved obesity medications through the Hims & Hers digital health platform with set self-pay pricing.

Eli Lilly and Company and Hims & Hers Health, Inc. announced an agreement on November 6, 2026, to expand patient access to the FDA-approved obesity medications Zepbound and Foundayo. The partnership integrates Lilly's pharmaceutical products with the Hims & Hers digital health platform, allowing eligible patients to complete consultations with licensed providers and receive medications via home shipment.

The agreement establishes specific self-pay pricing, with Zepbound starting at $299 per month and Foundayo starting at $149 per month. As a condition of the deal, Hims & Hers committed to never offering compounded versions of Lilly's GLP-1 medications. Both companies stated they will protect the independent clinical decision-making of the providers operating on the platform.

Executives from both firms framed the move as a way to meet growing telehealth demand. Ilya Yuffa of Lilly noted the goal is to meet patients where they already are, while Hims & Hers CEO Andrew Dudum described the collaboration as a way to provide seamless, personal access to the medicines.
