Grupo Bimbo Raises 2026 EBITDA Margin Guidance

Grupo Bimbo increased its lower 2026 EBITDA margin expansion forecast to 85 basis points following a 22 percent rise in third-quarter net profit.

Grupo Bimbo raised the lower end of its adjusted EBITDA margin expansion guidance for 2026 from 70 to 85 basis points. The company maintained its upper guidance limit at 120 basis points and kept its 2026 net sales forecast at mid-single-digit growth.

These adjustments follow third-quarter results showing a 22 percent increase in net profit over the previous year. CEO Alejandro Rodriguez attributed this growth to strong momentum in Mexico and the progress of transformation initiatives in North America. The company projects capital expenditure for the year to fall between $1 billion and $1.2 billion.

Looking toward 2027, the company expects continued benefits from its North American initiatives and further growth across Mexico and Latin America. However, the company noted that it may face a more inflationary environment in the coming year.
