Marcus Lemonis Renames Bed Bath & Beyond Neighborhood Intelligence

Marcus Lemonis is rebranding Bed Bath & Beyond as Neighborhood Intelligence and shifting its headquarters to Nashville to build an everything home ecosystem.

Marcus Lemonis, CEO of Bed Bath & Beyond, is transforming the company into an everything home ecosystem and renaming the organization Neighborhood Intelligence. The strategic pivot integrates omnichannel retail, home services, and home ownership through a centralized data and technology platform.

As part of the transition, Lemonis is relocating corporate headquarters from Utah to Nashville, Tennessee, and moving the company's stock listing from the NYSE to Nasdaq to align with a technology-driven identity. To scale this model, the company acquired several brands and platforms, including The Container Store, The Brand House Collective, Fathom Holdings, SFV, and F9 Brands, which owns Lumber Liquidators and Cabinets To Go.

Financial results for the second quarter show a mixed performance. The company reported 28 percent year-over-year growth, reaching 361.2 million dollars, though net losses increased to 39.5 million dollars.
