OnlyFans Reports $714 Million Profit After Owner's Death
OnlyFans parent company Fenix International reported a $714 million pre-tax profit following the death of billionaire owner Leonid Radvinsky.
Financial reports from Fenix International, the parent company of OnlyFans, show a pre-tax profit of $714 million for the last year, marking a 5% increase from 2024. The company paid $535 million in dividends for the year ending November 30, 2025. These figures follow the death of Leonid Radvinsky, the American billionaire owner of OnlyFans, who died of cancer on March 23, 2026. Reports indicate Radvinsky received over $700 million in payments prior to his passing.
OnlyFans CEO Keily Blair stated that the platform has paid more than $30 billion to content creators since its launch ten years ago. Blair also noted that the company has contributed over £600 million in corporate taxes to the United Kingdom.
In a separate regulatory matter, the UK regulator Ofcom fined the company approximately £1 million. The penalty was issued because OnlyFans failed to respond to a statutory request concerning user age-verification measures. Ofcom has since dropped its broader investigation into the platform.
