Oracle Financial Services Launches Agentic AI Platform for Banking

Oracle Financial Services released an agentic AI platform for retail banking to automate credit decisions and collections while maintaining human-in-the-loop governance.

Oracle Financial Services launched an agentic platform for retail banking on February 3, 2026, integrating AI agents and conversational interfaces into customer engagements and business processes. The system utilizes a human-in-the-loop architecture to ensure ethical governance and oversight, running on secure autonomous infrastructure provided by Oracle Cloud.

The platform introduces specialized AI-infused applications for origination and collections. To accelerate application speeds and credit decisions, the suite includes Product Brochure Generation, Smart Assist for Application Insights, and a Qualitative Analysis & Credit Decisioning agent. An Application Tracker agent is also provided to predict processing delays.

For collections, the platform features a Collector Call Summarization agent and a Call Compliance Check agent designed to ensure adherence to regulations such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The company plans to release hundreds of additional agents for both retail and corporate banking over the next 12 months.
