Andersen Group Acquires Three Firms in Europe and Africa

Andersen Group Inc. acquired professional services firms in Italy, the Netherlands, and South Africa to expand its global footprint and service offerings.

Andersen Group Inc. acquired three professional services firms in Italy, the Netherlands, and South Africa, bringing its total signed or completed transactions for 2026 to 19. These acquisitions represent approximately $190 million in annualized revenue.

The expansion includes a multidisciplinary corporate advisory law firm in Italy and a corporate finance and valuation advisory firm in the Netherlands. The Netherlands deal introduces valuation advisory as a new service line for the company in Europe. In South Africa, the company acquired the investment banking firm Merchantec, marking its first investment banking presence in the country.

To manage its European operations, the company appointed Andrea De Vecchi and Paolo Mondia as co-leaders. CEO Mark L. Vorsatz stated that these transactions demonstrate the company's ability to expand both geographically and into complementary service lines.
