EVgo and Brixmor to Install 500 Fast Charging Stalls

EVgo Inc. and Brixmor Property Group Inc. are expanding their partnership to install more than 500 fast charging stalls at Brixmor shopping centers across the United States. The initiative will target at least 90 shopping centers, representing over 25% of the Brixmor portfolio, with new installations planned for Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

Deployment is scheduled to begin later in 2026, starting with a site at Barn Plaza in a Philadelphia suburb. Each selected location will feature up to 12 high-power chargers. The two companies have collaborated on electric vehicle infrastructure since 2016, when they deployed their first charger in Pleasanton, California.
