The Government of Andhra Pradesh authorized the direct recruitment of 10,060 vacant posts across various state departments via the Job Calendar-2026. This initiative targets critical priorities in infrastructure, revenue mobilization, education, welfare, and law and order to align with the Swarnandhra-2047 Vision.
The recruitment process is structured into four distinct phases. Phase-I, which includes 1,523 posts in the Higher Education Department, was notified on May 15, 2026. Phase-II, featuring 3,231 posts for police roles and Group-I services, is scheduled for September 15. The remaining vacancies will be filled in Phase-III and Phase-IV, comprising 2,311 and 2,995 posts respectively, with notifications set for October 15, 2026.
Recruiting agencies including the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, the State-Level Police Recruitment Board, and the District Selection Committee are tasked with filling these vacancies. All hiring must comply with the Presidential Order 2025 and existing reservation policies.
