Tianrong Internet Launches Decentralized AI GPU Marketplace
Tianrong Internet Products and Services Inc. is launching an AI Inference Marketplace to allow users to rent idle GPU resources for open-source AI models.
Tianrong Internet Products and Services Inc. announced its entry into the AI inference and decentralized GPU compute market on February 4, 2026. The company is launching an AI Inference Marketplace designed to allow individuals and organizations to rent out idle GPU resources, including those from gaming PCs, to support the operation of open-source AI models.
This decentralized model aims to lower inference costs by 50% to 80% relative to traditional centralized cloud providers. The company will generate revenue by charging a transaction fee ranging from 5% to 10% per trade.
The rollout began in February 2026 with the release of a minimum viable product web application that utilizes vLLM and Ollama frameworks. Moving forward, the company plans to transition the platform into a blockchain-enabled marketplace. It intends to integrate networks such as Solana, Ethereum, or Polygon to implement governance structures and token-based incentives for participants.
