The highest transaction in San Ramon was a 6,819-square-foot home on Cypress Hawk Court that sold for $3,555,000 on June 4, followed by residences on Kennard Lane and Thayer Court selling for $2.9 million and $2.55 million respectively.
In Alameda, 13 residential sales were recorded for an average price of $1.3 million and an average cost of $764 per square foot. The most expensive property in Alameda was a five-bedroom home on Morton Street that sold for $3 million. Other notable sales included properties on Sandpiper Place for $1.81 million and Pearl Street for $1.475 million, while a townhouse on Willis Lane sold for $865,000.
While the titles for both cities were recorded during the week of June 8, the timing of the actual transactions varied. The Alameda closings occurred between April 30 and May 6.
