Integra LifeSciences Lowers 2026 Guidance After Facility Flooding

Integra LifeSciences reduced its full-year 2026 revenue and earnings outlook following production disruptions at its Cincinnati manufacturing plant caused by July flooding.

Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation lowered its full-year 2026 financial guidance after flooding at its Cincinnati manufacturing facility in July damaged equipment, inventory, and assets. The disruptions specifically impacted the company's Specialty Surgical Technologies portfolio.

The company expects the supply chain issues to reduce third-quarter revenue by approximately $7 million and fourth-quarter revenue by $15 million to $20 million. As a result, Integra revised its full-year revenue outlook to between $1.634 billion and $1.654 billion and reduced its adjusted earnings per diluted share guidance to $2.30–$2.40.

Integra anticipates returning to full manufacturing operations at the Cincinnati site by the second quarter of 2027. The company expects insurance recoveries to mitigate a substantial portion of the impact on its earnings.
