Neo Raises $100 Million to Secure Agentic AI Software

Neo emerged from stealth with $100 million in funding to provide a control platform for monitoring and governing autonomous AI agents in enterprise software.

Cybersecurity startup Neo emerged from stealth on July 20, 2026, announcing $100 million in funding to launch its Agentic Software Control platform. The investment round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, with additional participation from Craft Ventures and Merlin Ventures. Based in Boston with a development center in Tel Aviv, the company was founded in August 2025 by veterans from SentinelOne, Wiz, and Palo Alto Networks.

The platform is designed to map and secure the ecosystem of AI-enabled enterprise software by utilizing a full endpoint agent. This technology analyzes AI sessions locally on devices to maintain privacy and capture activities such as direct API calls, allowing the system to discover software and monitor behavior for malicious activity or excessive privilege requests.

CEO Nicholas Warner, a former president of SentinelOne, stated that existing enterprise security was designed for predictable software and is insufficient for the current shift toward autonomous capabilities. He asserts that nearly 50% of enterprise software will be agentic by the end of 2026, as AI agents inherit human user permissions to automate workflows and access sensitive corporate data. Neo intends to use the new capital to scale its engineering and sales teams to meet the accelerating demand for AI security tools.
