Kidology Founder Scales Practice to $4.95 Million Revenue

Luba Patlakh Kaplun scaled her speech-language pathology practice, Kidology, from $1 million in revenue in 2020 to $4.95 million last year. She originally launched the business to serve the underserved Russian-speaking community, using her bilingual skills to differentiate the practice from competitors.

Kaplun initially struggled with burnout and administrative errors because she was reluctant to delegate tasks and handled all operations personally. To resolve these issues, she utilized professional business courses and financial management resources to transition her leadership style.
