Halliburton Projects 2027 Growth Driven by International Expansion
Halliburton expects mid-single-digit revenue growth in 2027 by leveraging international contracts to offset a stagnant North American hydraulic fracturing market.
Halliburton expects mid-single-digit revenue growth and operating margins of approximately 15% in 2027. The company is relying on international expansion to offset a stagnant North American market, where third-quarter revenue fell 5% to $2.2 billion due to lower pressure pumping in U.S. land operations.
International revenue rose 3% to $3.5 billion during the third quarter, with strong activity in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait driving growth in the Middle East and Asia. To sustain this momentum, the company secured several global contracts, including projects with Eni in Cyprus and Indonesia, bp in Brazil, and a multiyear digital agreement with Pampa Energía in Argentina.
CEO Jeff Miller stated that the 2027 outlook does not depend on a recovery in North American hydraulic fracturing, which he characterized as "purely upside."
